| Return Policy
Merchandise can be returned up to 7 days from delivery of the item. All returns will receive a store credit which can be used in-store or on our J GirlLingerie.com website. Items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items that are damaged or used may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the item was received damaged. Items that are damaged are not eligible for return.
Instructions for Returning Merchandise
Contact J Girl by phone or e-mail to receive a return authorization. For each item you are returning, indicate one of the reasons for return. Wrap item(s) securely in either our shipping container or one similar and tape closed. A $7.95 return processing and handling fee will be assessed on all returns. It is best to send the return items by a method that is trackable for your own records.
